7. Record Retention

In accordance with Psychology Board of Australia guidelines, we retain client records for a minimum of 7 years after your last contact with our service, or until you reach age 25 if you were under 18 at the time of service, whichever is longer. After this period, records are securely destroyed.

8. Consent

During the intake process, you will be asked to complete and sign a consent form. This form outlines how your personal information will be collected, used, and stored, and confirms your agreement to proceed with treatment under these terms.
